Terms of service

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Trades Supply Co. website and your purchases from it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (including for suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund. Prices are in USD and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Products

Our products are printed to order. Colors may vary slightly from what's on your screen — monitors lie a little; that's not a defect. Garment details (fabric, fit, care) are listed on each product page. Our apparel is everyday clothing, not personal protective equipment, and carries no safety rating.

Intellectual property

All designs, slogans, graphics, logos, and site content are the property of Trades Supply Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission. That includes printing our designs on your own gear — we notice, and our lawyers are less funny than our shirts.

Your conduct

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no interfering with the site's operation, no scraping or reselling content, and no submitting false or fraudulent orders or claims.

Returns and shipping

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and delivery are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trades Supply Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
